Little Duck with Flower Hat Amigurumi Free Pattern (2)

This cute crochet amigurumi duck was designed by TheTeddyKingdom using soft chenille yarn. First, it is recommended to make the head and body using yellow yarn and crochet hook, then you will crochet the small wings separately and sew them to the body. In order to add a difference to the toy, you can make the duck’s legs using the bobble stitch technique. For the duck’s face details, you can make the eyes using black acrylic yarn.

Little Duck with Flower Hat Crochet PDF Pattern

The duck’s iconic flower hat is crocheted as a separate piece and added to the design later. This flower-shaped hat is what makes the toy so different. Optionally, petals crocheted in vibrant colors like pink will add a decorative touch to the hat, and how to do this is also included in the pattern. It is recommended to use a 4mm crochet hook when making the toy.

Assembly

Using your orange yarn, sew a little beak at the front of your duckys head, between rounds 3-4, about 2 stitches wide

Using some black acrylic thread, sew 2 little eyes, one on each side of the beak, about 1 stitch high

Place your hat on the top of your ducky’s head, positioning so you can still see the eyes and beak. Using your yarn tail, see the hat to the head sewing behind the last round of the hat to keep the details loose rather than sewn down

Your duck should now be complete.
