We start crocheting the doll from its legs and crochet it all the way to the top of its head. Let’s get started.
Legs (make 2)
With the chantilly color, make:
1 – MR 6sc (6)
2 – (1inc, 1sc)x3 (9)
3 to 6 – 9sc (9)
Fix off the first leg, do not cast off the second.
After crocheting the legs, we need to join these legs. After joining these two legs, we continue with the same color for a while. Then, we will crochet the body of the toy with red color.

Continue the second leg by going up 2ch, join it with the first leg and make:

The most impressive part of the doll is its dress. In order to complete this dress, the doll needs a skirt and now we will crochet this skirt.
Dress
With cherry color, make a slip knot, insert the yarn in the first loop left in row 11 of the body and make:
1 – 2ch, (1hdc inc, Hdc)x10, close with 1slst (30)
2 – 2ch, 30hdc, close with 1slst (30)
3 – Hdc, 30sc (30)
Change to white color.
4 in the back loops: (1sc, 1ch)x30
Fasten off and hide the yarn.
The crocheted toy has arms that are made quite simply and you need to use 2 different colors to make these arms.

With the brigadeiro color, do:

Fasten off and hide the thread.
Before gluing the hair base to the head, sew the curls. The instructions are on the next page.

Hair Curls (make 3)
With the brigadeiro color, make:
25ch, go back to the second chain from the hook and make: (3sc, 1inc)x3, 12sc
Sew the curls, one below the other, between rows 5 and 6, 6 and 7, 7 and 8 of the base of the hair.
Bow
With cherry color, do:
MR: 2ch, 3dc, 2ch, 1slst, 2ch, 3dc, 2ch, 1slst
Fasten off and leave a long thread, make three turns to form the center of the bow and tie at the back with the thread left over from the magic ring. Sew to the hair, making a few turns in the curls.
